Technology & Strategic Collaboration

BHS builds security capability through its own technology and through collaboration — with technology companies, OEMs, research institutions, academia, industry and international organizations.

Our Approach

Collaboration that strengthens the client's architecture

BHS collaborates with technology companies, OEMs and specialist solution providers where their capabilities contribute to the client's overall security architecture.

Partner technologies are selected project by project, according to the operational requirement, and are integrated around BHS-developed technology and intellectual property rather than replacing it.

What we look for in a partner

  • Capability that genuinely strengthens an operational solution
  • Technology that integrates cleanly into a wider architecture
  • A shared commitment to confidentiality and responsible practice
  • The ability to support deployments over their full lifetime

Types of Collaboration

Six ways BHS works with partners

01

Technology partners

We work with technology companies whose products complement BHS-developed capability, integrating them into an architecture designed around the client’s operational requirements.

02

OEM relationships

We engage with equipment manufacturers to source, configure and support the hardware elements of an integrated solution, from sensors and surveillance to communications.

03

Research collaborations

We collaborate with research organizations on applied security research, joint development and the validation of new technologies.

04

Academic collaborations

We work with universities and laboratories on research programmes, specialist expertise and capacity building for the security workforce.

05

Industry partnerships

We partner with industry to ground technology development in real operating environments and to deliver solutions at operational scale.

06

International collaborations

We pursue technology collaboration, knowledge exchange and joint projects internationally, combining Indian technology development with global security requirements.

Publishing Relationships

Why you will not find a wall of logos here

Partner names and logos are published only where BHS has permission to represent the relationship publicly. Many of our engagements involve confidentiality obligations, so we describe how we collaborate rather than who with, and name organizations only where the relevant agreements allow it.

If you are evaluating BHS for a specific requirement, we are happy to discuss the relevant capabilities and references directly, subject to the permissions in place.

Become a Partner

If your technology, research or expertise could strengthen homeland-security capability alongside BHS, we would like to hear from you. Select “Partnership” as your area of interest.
