Ownership
The content of this website — including text, page structure, design, graphics, images and the arrangement of information — is the property of Bharat Homeland Security (“BHS”) or is used by BHS with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The BHS name, the BHS crest and other BHS marks and identifiers are the property of BHS.
Technologies developed by BHS, and the research, engineering, designs, software, documentation and know-how behind them, are BHS intellectual property. That ownership is central to how BHS works: our technology roadmap and support sit with the organization that built the technology.
No licence implied
Nothing on this site grants any licence or right to use BHS intellectual property. Access to the site does not transfer any ownership or right of use, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Rights to use BHS technology are granted only under a separate written agreement.
Permitted use of site content
You may view the site, and print or save individual pages, for your own informational or internal reference use. You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution to Bharat Homeland Security and, where possible, a link to the page. Any other use — including republication, systematic copying, scraping, incorporation into another product or service, or use for training automated systems — requires our prior written permission.
Use of the BHS name and crest
The BHS name and crest may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, affiliation or accreditation without our written permission. Partner and collaboration relationships are represented publicly only where all parties have agreed to it.
Third-party rights
Third-party names, marks and materials referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
